White tulle frames a beautiful white burned velvet cutout taffeta circle skirt, topped with a crushed taffeta in a beautiful bright gold hue. The final touches come from a white satin non-roll elasticated waistband and of course our signature oversized Butt Bow (TM). 

This item is pre sewn so please no size substitution requests or customizations.

To care for your Dottie skirt, we recommend hand washing in cold water, then laying flat to dry. Remember to shape your bow for the drying process!
