Return Policy

We want you to love your Dottie purchase! If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help.

Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn and unwashed
  • Be in their original packaging
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be free of makeup, deodorant, pet hair, odors, stains, or any other signs of wear

Items that do not meet these requirements cannot be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Return Shipping

Unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, an email confirmation will be sent.

Approved returns will be issued as store credit only. Refunds will not be issued to the original form of payment.

Store credit does not expire and may be used toward a future purchase.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

If the item is determined to be defective or an error was made with your order, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and work quickly to make it right.

Sizing

We are happy to answer sizing questions before you order. Because fit is a personal preference, items that do not fit as expected are eligible for return under our standard return policy but are not considered defective.

Exchanges

Exchanges are offered based on product availability. If the requested item is no longer available, store credit will be issued instead.

Custom Orders

All custom and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
