Return Policy

Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must:

• Be unworn and unwashed
• Be in their original packaging
• Have all original tags attached
• Be free of makeup, deodorant, pet hair, odors, stains, or any other signs of wear

Items that do not meet these requirements cannot be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Return Shipping

Unless your item arrives damaged or defective, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, an email confirmation will be sent.

Approved returns will be issued as store credit only. No refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Store credit does not expire and may be used toward any future purchase.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. If the item is determined to be defective or we made an error with your order, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and work quickly to make it right. We are happy to answer sizing questions before you order. Because fit is a personal preference, items that do not fit as expected are eligible for return under our standard return policy but are not considered defective.

Exchanges

Exchanges are offered based on product availability. If the requested item is no longer available, store credit will be issued instead.

Custom Orders

All custom and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
