Black tulle lifts and frames a black satin circle skirt, topped with a burnout velvet patterned top layer in a unique purple and black. It might summon visions of a certain famous wallpaper! The finishing touches come from a deep green satin waistband with our matching oversized signature Butt Bow (TM).
