White tulle frames a soft satin aqua circle skirt, topped in our classic Dottie style of draped sequins in a rich turquoise blue. The finishing touches come in our soft satin non-roll elasticated waistband and signature over sized Butt Bow (TM), both in a matching aqua satin.
