Holographic light blue stretch spandex is edged with an orange grosgrain double ribbon detail. The satin non-roll elasticated waistband and signature oversized Butt Bow are both in a crisp, bold white.

Dottie skirts are designed to stretch for comfort, so if in doubt, we recommend sizing down from your usually expected size. 

To care for your skirt, we recommend hand washing in cold water, then laying flat to dry. Remember to shape your bow for the drying process!
