On the Clock Running Tutu Skirt

He's not your average Tick Tock-er! He's very fancy indeed! This skirt captures the luxe essence of Mr. Manners himself, Cogsworth.

White tulle frames a rich brown taffeta with a matching chocolate velvet burnout pattern topped with a metallic brown creased taffeta top layer. The finishing touches come from a golden satin non-roll elasticated waistband and of course our signature oversized Butt Bow (TM). 

This item is pre sewn, so please no size substitution or customization requests. 

Dottie skirts are designed to stretch for comfort. If in doubt, we recommend sizing down from your usually expected size. For full details, please refer to our sizing chart. 

To care for your Dottie skirt, we recommend hand washing in cold water then laying flat to dry. Remember to shape your bow for the drying process!
